ENGIE: Don’t let the energy escape the room
Energy supplier ENGIE opened an temporary escape room at the Meir in Antwerp. Visitors could test ‘UP’, a 3-in-1 solution for using green energy and subsequently managing this energy via smart technology. The objective of the popUP experience store was to give everyone the opportunity to actively participate in the transition to a new energy. The upper floor of this store had been completely converted into a comfortable space. Workshops were organized every week to teach visitors everything about solar panels, heating and efficient use of energy. Also e-steps and electric bicycles could be won.
The escape room provided Engie with an opportunity to inform their (potential) customers about energy efficiency and how to manage their energy usage resulting in a lower energy bill at the end of the month.
